Officially presented last May, at the Versilia Yachting Rendez-Vous, in the Marina de Viareggio, in Italy, the latest star of Azimut Yachts, the Grande 35 Metri, impressed with is innovative design and for being the largest boat in the Azimut Grande collection. Designed by Stefano Righini, this yacht boasts an impressive structure and generous outdoor space. Flooded with natural light, due to its large floor-to-ceiling windows, the interiors, designed by architect Achille Salvagni, are sophisticated as you would expect and draw their inspiration from the 1980s.
Below the carbon fibre structure, there beats a heart that few see, but which can be felt: two 2400 horsepower MTU engines ensure the vessel can reach speeds of up to 25.5 knots and enjoys a range of 1500 kilometres. All the rest can be seen, felt and astounds.
This yacht comes with two beach clubs, the largest veranda in its class and also the option to add another level to be used as a second terrace. Each of the outdoor areas spread throughout the various ‘layers’ of terrace serves a different role. Passengers can make use of a dining table, various salons, sun loungers and even a jacuzzi. However, the huge beach club to the stern will probably be the most popular area, as it offers direct access to the water via a platform. In addition, the Grande 35 Metri boasts its own garage, with room for a dinghy and jet ski.
The interiors make use of wood, in varying textures, colours and polish, of brass, bronze, of stainless steel, among other premium materials, to provide elegance to guests and crew on their adventures plying the waters.
