A new
multi-purpose development is soon to be built, with a view of the future and at
the foot of Luanda Bay. Conceived with 26 floors, three of which are offices
and one of which is an amenities centre with a restaurant, swimming pool,
indoor terrace, spa and gym, it enjoys a prime location and an innovative and
sophisticated design. Rather than an office and services building, the Orizon
Tower has a residential character, comprising 82 apartments, in two- to five-bedroom
configurations. The 39,000 m2 project is under the wing of Sua Kay
Architects, who expect the work to be completed in 2025. The project will be a
landmark in the city of Luanda, with the panoramic views and sustainable
materials attributing to its uniqueness.
