Built on a small
space, House LW27, which covers 1,031 sqm, boasts an outdoor swimming pool on
the ground floor; a roof garden; floor-to-ceiling sliding windows; and a comfy
lounge area on the upper floor, where you’ll also find the fantastic terrace.
Designed by Stephan Maria Lang Architects, the property is located in Munich,
Germany. One of the studio’s concerns was to create a sensual and minimalist
atmosphere, hence the care taken with natural lighting. The studio is inspired
by the organic architecture of Californian modernism, and has therefore
developed a unique art project in the timeless classic style, which aims to
transform the space into a habitable and comfortable place. Whether through the
interplay of light and shadow, the integration of the landscape or through the design.
